It’s one of my least favorite times of the year—fall. While I enjoy the cooler weather and the trees changing into vibrant yellow, orange, and red colors, I hate when those beautiful leaves fall to the ground because that means the start of the months and months of raking leaves.
I always help Mom (well, maybe sometimes I play with the ball and tear up leaves) on our weekly adventures in bagging leaves. Just when all the leaves on the ground are bagged and the yard looks good, the next morning I go outside to find leaves covering the walkways. Ugh!
There is one advantage to raking leaves. Exercise points! With all the yummy holiday food, getting outside and moving helps keep my flattering figure.
Happy Holidays!

You should have been in Iowa to help me with my leaves, too! I also say “Ugh!”
