Ingredients:
- Boneless Pork Roast, 1-2 pounds
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
Directions:
- Trim excess fat from pork roast. Pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then prick the roast all over with a fork.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and cinnamon. Rub all over the roast.
- Put roast in slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for six hours.
