How wonderful to see a coleslaw recipe with Miracle Whip! I grew up with Miracle Whip (central NYS) and my mother used it in her coleslaw which was the best I’d ever eaten. How interesting to add the tang of sour cream in addition to the tang of Miracle Whip! Houston’s (chain restaurant known for their fabulous ribs) had coleslaw that tasted exactly like my mother’s. I was thrilled to go there and get ribs and coleslaw until someone in that organization made the fatal mistake of changing the recipe and the coleslaw was then tasteless and bland like all other coleslaws. I haven’t returned since then! I’m looking forward to trying this recipe. Thank you!
