Cookie Dip

In today’s world, you are advised not to eat raw cookie dough because of the uncooked eggs.

Even though this recipe is considered a “dip,” it’s like eating cookie dough without the worry – no eggs!

If you like, you could leave the dip in a bowl, but I put a scoop in a cupcake liner along with pretzels. Easy to take to a picnic, office pot luck, or family gathering.

Beat together until creamy:

  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Stir in:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Serve with pretzels.
