If you are having a hectic week, this is one of the easiest meals to make. I’ll serve the casserole with green beans and fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/4 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Onion
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- 1/2 cup Watermaid Rice
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Grated Cheese
Directions:
- Brown the hamburger, green pepper, and onion. Drain.
- Add to mixture: soup, rice, egg, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour into 8×8 baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
