Easy Hamburger Rice Casserole

If you are having a hectic week, this is one of the easiest meals to make. I’ll serve the casserole with green beans and fruit.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Onion
  • 1 can Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cup Watermaid Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese

Directions:

  1. Brown the hamburger, green pepper, and onion. Drain.
  2. Add to mixture: soup, rice, egg, and milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour into 8×8 baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
