July Fourth Rocks

These rocks are fun to make. You can use your creativity and decorate as you want.

Place the rocks on your porch, by the sidewalk to brighten a passerby’s day, or leave at a park or library for others to enjoy patriotism this time of year.

Supplies:

• Smooth Rocks
• Red, White, and Blue Paint
• Small Paint Brushes

Directions:

1. Place your rocks on a piece of paper to protect your work surface.
2. Paint the rocks with hearts, stars, stripes, the flag, or sayings such as July 4^th, Liberty, or Happy Fourth of July.

These rocks are not just for the 4^th of July‑you can be patriotic all year round.
