Slow Cooker Pork Loin

Ready to try something ? This recipe makes a juicy, tender pork roast. Serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless Pork Roast, 1-2 pounds
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Trim excess fat from pork roast. Pat dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then prick the roast all over with a fork.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and cinnamon. Rub all over the roast.
  3. Put roast in slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for six hours.
