Vegetable Beef Barley Soup

Who wants to create a delicious dinner in less than 30 minutes?

Six ingredients is all it takes to create this yummy vegetable beef barley soup recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Stewed Tomatoes, undrained, cut up
  • 2 cans (14 oz.) Beef Broth
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 2/3 cup Uncooked Quick-Cooking Barley

Directions:

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, cook ground beef; drain off fat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables and barley are tender.
