You’ve never eaten an appetizer quite like this one. Shrimp and cucumber are a delicious combo!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (8 oz.) Crushed Pineapple, drained
- 1 can (4 oz.) Tiny Shrimp, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Minced Dill
- 1 medium Cucumber
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine first five ingredients.
2. Peel cucumber. Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
3. Spoon mixture onto cucumber slices.
Beware, these are additive!
