Fruit Pizza

Sometimes you need a sweet treat, right? Make this fruit pizza for your next picnic or family gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries*

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Break up cookie dough and press evenly onto bottom of pan within one-half inch of edge.
  2. Bake 16-20 minutes. Cool completely, about thirty minutes
  3. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over cookie crust.
  4. Arrange fruit over cream cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into wedges or squares.
